Who we are

A social enterprise
with creativity
at its core.

Evoke Creative Legacy CIC is a UK Community Interest Company - our social-impact arm, operating with an asset-lock. We co-create with local authorities, charities, trusts and treasuries, as well as corporate sponsors to deliver meaningful creative programmes for people with limited to no access to free resources and events.

Our focus groups include older adults, excluded and at-risk young people, marginalised communities, recovery groups and frontline workers. Every programme produces measured wellbeing, belonging, and participation outcomes - and a clean impact report partners can use directly for their CSR and ESG reporting.

The numbers

Why this work
matters.

Emotional strain and social disconnection are widespread. Young people face particular pressures, while opportunities to take part in creative activities are not always visible or accessible. These figures show the need behind Evoke CIC's work - not the results of our programmes.

Our work to date

Projects that change what
creativity means to people.

Five projects delivered across the UK - and more in the pipeline. Each one fully documented, measured, and partnered.

GRANT FUNDED · READING BOROUGH COUNCIL · EASTER HOLIDAY CAMP FOR 11–14 YO

Building confidence through movement and creativity, for young people in Reading.

In April, Evoke CIC ran Rise Up Reading, a youth-led camp for disadvantaged young people across the town. The programme combined creative sessions with fitness and movement, and participants helped shape the activities from day one. It gave them space to build confidence, find their voice, and connect with each other.

A glimpse of what
brings us together.

A conversation with someone new. A thought finding its way onto the page. The moment someone shares and discovers they're understood.

How a partnership works

From funding
to impact.

Every CIC project follows four clear phases - designed so corporate partners get full visibility, brand value, and a team experience that connects them to the community work they've made possible.

01

Design

We collaborate with you to identify the community group, desired outcomes, and creative framework - tailoring the experience to maximise both real-world and brand impact.

02

Delivery

Our artist-facilitators, wellbeing professionals, and partnerships team deliver a fully managed programme - community liaison, safeguarding, logistics and documentation.

03

Activation

We document and amplify the work through co-branded content, social and mainstream media coverage, and human-centred storytelling. You receive a full CSR case study and an ESG-ready impact report, with your brand woven through the story.

04

Reciprocation

The relationships don't end when the projects do. Your team will be invited to the closing showcase, and receives a media suite created by participants, including letters, a living project archive and a six-month update showing what your support has set in motion.

Unique to Evoke - no other provider offers this
What's next

Next up — Rise Up Reading.

Our next delivery is a youth-led creative and fitness programme for disadvantaged young people in Reading, with more projects in the pipeline. Give any amount and choose the project it supports. CSR teams and grant makers, let's talk about funding what comes next.

How to get involved

Four ways to
fund the work.

Whether you're a corporate CSR team, a grant body, a funder, or a community organisation - there's a route in.

Corporate CSR partnership

The most direct route. Fund a specific community project - designed around your CSR goals - and receive full brand partnership, impact reporting, and a reciprocal team workshop.

Co-branded on all project media
CSR impact deck for internal reporting
Bespoke internal workshop for your team
Press & PR collaboration

Grant & public funding

We actively pursue Arts Council England, local authority, and charitable foundation grants. If you're a funder seeking evidence-based creative health programmes, we'd love to talk.

Measured wellbeing outcomes every project
Clean governance & asset-lock structure
Published impact reports
Aligned with UK Creative Health policy

Collaborative partnerships

Are you a charity, care provider, school, or community organisation? We co-create programmes around your existing community - bringing creative facilitation, media, and wellbeing expertise.

Co-designed with your team and community
DBS-checked facilitators where required
Trauma-informed throughout
Flexible formats - single sessions to series

Small donations

Every contribution counts. Our CIC pot system ring-fences each donation for a specific project, so you decide exactly where your money goes. Have a community cause close to your heart? Browse our upcoming local projects to see who we're helping, and where.

What your support enables

Every layer of
delivery, covered.

Your funding goes directly into the programme - no bloated overheads, no vague administration fees. Here's exactly where it goes.

01
Artists & Facilitators
The people in the room - our trained, DBS-checked, trauma-informed creative facilitators and wellbeing professionals.
02
Community liaison & safeguarding
Dedicated community liaison to build trust and ensure participant welfare before, during, and after each session.
03
Venue, logistics & accessibility
Space, transport where needed, materials, and accessibility provisions - so nothing prevents participation.
04
Production & documentation
Third-party media and production teams capturing the session for the activation phase - creating shareable, brand-ready content.
05
Impact reporting
Post-project participant data, a written impact summary, and a CSR-ready deck - ready to share with your board or ESG team.
What people say

From the communities
we've worked with.

These words come from participants in our community and corporate programmes - unedited, unprompted, and exactly as they said them.

"

My 12-year-old son has struggled to attend clubs since he was five, so I was apprehensive about sending him. When he heard there would be music production, he jumped at the chance. The tutors made him feel welcome before he even arrived. This experience gave him some much-needed confidence, and he cannot wait to return. As a parent, it has given me real hope for the future. I've since arranged a music production tutor so he can keep developing his passion.

I love reading and writing poetry, but hadn't been able to express myself that way in a long time. I'm so glad I came. I left feeling more connected to the community and to myself.

This was a very special experience for our residents. The Evoke team were patient and kind, giving them a unique opportunity to share memories and express their feelings aloud. All care homes should have sessions like this!
